BPRG was created to bring the kind of structured commercial thinking normally used in larger and more complex organisations to smaller established businesses — in a faster, more practical format, at a scale an owner can actually act on.
Why it exists
The thinking was fine. The packaging was wrong.
The methods that find lost profit — following the work end to end, costing the delay, questioning the overhead, checking what you actually recover against what you quoted — are not complicated. They are just rarely pointed at businesses under a certain size.
That is backwards. A business under £10m has grown past the way it is run, has no internal team to fix it, and feels every point of margin personally. It has more to gain from this than the organisations that usually buy it.
What did not fit was the format. Long engagements, large documents, and a recommendation somebody else then has to implement. So BPRG is the same thinking in a different shape: smaller scope, faster answer, and we stay for the implementation.

BPRG is new. The practice behind it is not.
The people behind Gribon & Company bring 27 years of finding lost operational performance in large regulated manufacturing operations — pharmaceutical and biotech sites, hundreds of staff, a regulator watching, and no room for an idea that sounds good and does not work.
A 40-person engineering firm is not a biotech site. But labour that never got recovered, a quote nobody followed up and a process no one has questioned in four years look much the same wherever you find them. What changes with the industry is the context, not the method for finding them.
BPRG is that practice, deliberately rebuilt for a different size of business. Same people behind it, same method, different format. The track record on this site is Gribon & Company’s, at Gribon & Company’s scale, and it is labelled as such wherever it appears.
